Kennedy Manor B&B offers six guest rooms in a Greek Revival home built in 1907. Rooms feature antique furnishings, private bathrooms with custom-tiled showers or clawfoot tubs, individual climate control, flat-screen TVs with satellite, and complimentary WiFi. Pauline's Room includes a private balcony and queen murphy bed, while the Dougherty Room downstairs features original cypress wood floors and two queen beds. All rooms have stair access only; no elevator is available.

Breakfast is served daily at 9:00 AM in the main dining room with large windows overlooking the backyard. The set menu includes juice selection, fresh fruit dish, daily hot entrée alternating between sweet and savory options, and a meat side. Two coffee bar areas provide freshly brewed coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate, and cold beverages throughout the day.

Guests have access to a library with books, a music parlor with grand piano and Victrola record player, and a wraparound porch. The backyard features an enclosed sunporch, custom brick patio with seating and fire pit, and a goldfish pond. The entire house can be rented for group stays, accommodating multiple guests in common areas with 13-foot ceilings.

During the Jefferson Civil War re-enactment, my stay at the hotel was outstanding. The rooms were exceptional, and the service provided by Tracey and Tommy Engel, our gracious hosts of the home, was top-notch. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the shops and restaurants downtown. The dining experience, from the delicious rooms to the divine breakfast, was exceptional. The facilities offered added to the overall fantastic experience.
